- weird management of the cafe, staff is continuously arguing with each other loudly - manager is under qualified for the job, not bothered about the ambience or atmosphere - absolute wastage of such a prime real estate in Nirvana where people have a zillion alternate options, breaks my heart writing but I’m a regular at Chaayos and this was my worst ever experience

After placing the order waited for 35 minutes and received wrong set of tea. waited patiently for the correct order. the staff happily cancelled the order and did not inform us. after wasting 50 min when we followed up they apologize and refused to deliver the tea. incompetent staff and manager.
