I am addicted to chao's. Best masala chai, you can have. Overpriced but they have taste. Packaging is well presentable.

Chayos as a package is a perfect fit for casual dining or just taking a break from a busy day. Sector 63 outlet is a basement situation but not a bad location. It’s just that they could improve on their casual attitude towards speed of serving and value people’s time more.

Irresponsible, rude staff. Had been waiting with company for over 25 minutes just for some chai. Upon inquiring, they replied, “oh, we cancelled your order because we don’t have electricity”. Then, at least inform us? We had been sitting and waiting and had we not said anything, we would have kept waiting. Mind you there was just one other customer, so nothing justifies that long wait. Here’s what the manager had to say, “well, what do you expect me to do?” Best apology ever!!

I ordered a bun omelette expecting it to be freshly prepared, but instead they reheated an old meal and sent it to me. A proper omelette should be fresh and fluffy, but what I received was tight, rubbery, and clearly not fresh. This is unacceptable. Serving old food — whether eggetarian or non-veg — is not only poor service but also a serious health risk for customers. Strongly advise avoiding this place until they improve their standards.

The outlet was stinking ,very suffocating. The taste of the tea served was not up to the mark...so we left that there and went to another restaurant. This was not expected out of chayos. The tea was looking stale ,even the kahwa we ordered was not good.
