The WORST experience I have ever had at any Chaayos outlet. Absolutely disgraceful. I’m a regular Chaayos customer and have always had pleasant experiences at other outlets, which is exactly why what happened at Chaayos, Elan Miracle Mall was so shocking. We simply wanted to add one missed item (a Bun Maska) to our order. A normal, basic customer request. Instead of helping us like any decent staff member would, Deepali responded in an unbelievably rude and arrogant tone: “Pehle yaha pe order karo, phir baat karo.” The attitude, the tone, and the sheer disrespect in the way she spoke were appalling. What was even worse was that when we objected to her behavior, instead of apologising or correcting herself, she constantly kept arguing back, countering everything we said, and literally shouting at us. I have never seen this level of unprofessionalism in customer service. And then came the absolute height of arrogance — when we said that this kind of behavior would make customers never return, she loudly said: “Kabhi mat aana.” Honestly, I was stunned. The audacity, arrogance, and complete lack of basic courtesy were unbelievable. For someone representing a brand like Chaayos, this is beyond embarrassing. Chaayos seriously needs to re-evaluate what standards they are hiring and training people on, because if this is the kind of staff being put on the floor to deal with customers, then your customer experience standards have clearly collapsed. Absolutely shameful!!! Deepali’s behavior was rude, confrontational, loud, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be spoken to this way.

I’m genuinely shocked by the experience at Chaayos. From something as basic and iconic as bun maska to idli, palak patta chaat, and even upma—everything is frozen. And not just frozen, but served in a way that makes it obvious—uncooked, cold, and completely unacceptable. What’s worse is how this came to light. We only realized the truth when the food was literally served cold and underprepared. When questioned, the staff had the audacity to say—very casually—that everything is frozen, as if customers are expected to either accept it or leave. This isn’t transparency, it’s a complete disregard for basic food quality and customer experience. There’s a huge difference between standardization and serving lifeless, reheated (or not even properly reheated) food with zero effort. For a brand that positions itself as a go-to place for comfort tea-time food, this was extremely disappointing

Disappointing Dine-In Experience at Chaayos Elan Miracle Gurgaon I visited Chaayos at Elan Miracle with my parents and placed an order for a sandwich via the table scanner while dining in. After waiting patiently for 20 minutes, I was informed by the staff that the item was “out of stock”. What was most disappointing is that the same sandwich was served to another customer who had ordered 10 minutes after me. This clearly shows a lack of coordination and fairness in how orders are managed. No prior intimation was given, and my time was wasted waiting for something that was never coming. Expected better service from a brand like Chaayos. If items are out of stock, customers should be notified immediately—not after a long wait. Very poor experience.

Horrible behaviour by staff named “Deepali”. She was rude, didn’t want to work on our order and finally ended up saying cuss words to us just because we placed a running order and said that we will make the additional payment in a few mins. Horrendous experience which we never expected at Chaayos. Hope the founder and senior management take notice and hire much better staff.
