A good place to have quick high tea! Visited this place in scorching heat and loved their banta. Below are the ratings: Food taste: 7/10 Portion: 5/10 Staff: 9/10 Crowd: 9/10 Ambience: 9/10 Hygiene: 8/10 Price: I find it on the higher side considering you are having just a small cup of tea. Hence, 5/10 Preparation Time: 8/10 Overall I had a good experience.

Ordered a Maggi and modinagar shikanji, and it only after the billing was done and I was waiting for 10 minutes that I get to know Maggi is out of stock. I then asked for a guacamole toast and was okay with paying the price difference but the staff seemed hesitant to get it done. It was only when I raised my concerns and expressed my disappointment with the shikanji is when they got the order moving. Heads up: They APPARENTLY have some complicated process to reverse credit card transactions if you don’t give your mobile number while billing so if they mess up you probably won’t get your money back since you will have to email first and then it takes 2-5 days (claim made by the staff)

The staff didn’t take our order properly despite repeating it multiple times, they were only interested to sell membership and plans. Neither was the order taken properly, nor did they give us the final product as per our specifications. Worst Chaayos’ experience.

Really bad ! Waited ! For 15 mins ! And Ofcourse staff has no manners ! People came later than me she started asking their orders ‘ I tried to ask her ! No answer what you expect from people here !

Some of the employees have zero intention to work / always new tantrums and today was World mark security drill
