I order from chayoos chai with poha. However was surprised to see that i just received kettle for tea and poha with no sugar poches no mugs no spoon which is really disappointing considering the fact i was not at home to use my utensils and ordered at library .also tea kettle was leaking resulting in loss of half of the tea
