Pathetic outlet. I placed order at 7:14 in the morning seeing it's open. They accepted it and delivery was supposed to happen in 25 minutes. Zomato guy reached there on time but the timing never reduced. At 7:56 the delivery guy was still there awaiting for the order and still showing " order preparing". At that time I finally had to cancel it and go to my work without 'breaking my fast '. Thank you Chaayos. Why do you open your store for online order acceptance when you're not prepared?

I visited this place yesterday, and the staff misguided me & didn't apply my coupon. After that, you can not just apologize. The staff informed me that i have a coupon available on their new drink chai frappe, but he didn't apply it. This was very disappointing to see
