recently i visited with my friends chaayos for taste cup of tea such a taste of tea so good .... an order samosa matar chaat that was also good!!!!

The only reason I keep going to Chaayos is because I'm a chai person and Chaayos pretty much holds monopoly over chai themed restaurants. I also happen to dislike my experience at every Chaayos. Yes, every one. Let me tell you how it went this time: I ordered "paani kum" chai via the app and specifically mentioned (like I do everytime and they never ever follow instructions) to serve A FULL CUP OF TEA - because I know they usually serve almost half cup (like 60% of their cup size) which is never enough chai for one person. I'm always left disappointed after paying ₹150 for half a cup of tea. 😒 Pros, though: bun maska was awesome! Also, I like that they don't bother and let you be.

Hi, I visited Netaji subash place Chaayos and had the worst service and experience ever. I ordered for 416/- chai and snacks. They had a problem with the charging points so I asked them to charge my phone on the charging point present with them. They said it’s not allowed. I being a girl and it was raining very heavily I requested them to charge my phone but they denied. Then after 10 minutes a customer came and ordered for 800/- and when she asked they put her phone on charge immediately. It is kind of training is provided by chayos as a brand to their workers to differentiate in the basis of the paying capacity of a customer. Worst ever treatment as a customer. Just wanted to inform you about the bad service I had in chaayos and never expected the same as a big brand name of yours.

Disappointed with misleading 24x7 claim I’m really disappointed with Chaayos. They claim to be open 24x7, but every time I’ve visited early in the morning (around 6–7 am) or late at night, I’ve been told they’re closed. This has happened with me at least 4 times now. If a place advertises itself as 24x7, customers expect it to actually be open at all hours. Either update your timings or ensure your staff is ready to serve during these hours. It’s frustrating to make the effort to visit only to be turned away. Hope this feedback is taken seriously.

The cafe these days(at almost all the chaayos stores across delhi) is very dirty. Floors have spilt food, washrooms pathetic and when told to clean the floors, they will somehow, but when told to clean the washroom- 1 pattern i observed at the stores was “A sluggish and frustrated face” from the staff. Plus the kind of warmth there used to be from the chaayos stuff 6 months back, it is absent now. They are the least bothered to even serve you properly, let alone being welcoming towards you.

Absolutely clueless staff.!!! Their billing software wasn’t working so they asked us to scan and place the order , but that app also wasn’t working , network was quite bad. Staff just shrugged the whole situation and didn’t try to resolve this at all. Behaved Helpless !! Thought chaayos was premium but this definitely changes my mind.
