Terrible experience at Chaayos Gulshan 129, Noida! The service was painfully slow despite the outlet being almost empty. No greeting, no one to take our order, and a 30-minute wait just for a cup of tea after ordering online. Revisiting after 4 weeks, and shockingly, nothing's changed. Waited over 15 minutes just to place an order, had to call multiple times with no response from staff. Yogesh and Nitin seemed completely uninterested. Unacceptable service for an empty outlet. Needs serious improvement!
