The major issue with this outlet is its network..the network at the place is never working and hence never able to get any offers here. I have visited twice the outlet and both the times I was not able to use any offer due to network issue and the payment could only be made through. No help from the staff too on the matter, they say it is what it is.. ordered gud chai, which seems on the higher end of price. The spinach and cheese sandwich was also okayish, not so good! Not recommended!

As a regular tea customer at Chaayos, I initially appreciated your environmentally conscious decision to switch from disposable paper/clay cups to ceramic ones. This change showed promising initiative towards sustainability. However, I regret to report serious concerns about the cleanliness of these ceramic cups. On three separate occasions, I have received cups that were not properly cleaned. Most recently, I found lipstick marks on my cup, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. These recurring incidents suggest a concerning decline in your quality and service standards. Despite my long-standing patronage, these hygiene issues have made me reconsider visiting your establishment.

To Nandini and her team, from a Chaayos lover who came for work to Noida from Mumbai: Where is the trained staff? No welcoming, no smiles, nothing ready at 10:30 am on a Sunday and to top it all - points used to redeem are not repeated. Pls avoid coming here if you are a well travelled foodie. Those coming to waste time over chit chats can perhaps tolerate it.

The veg puff had cold fillings. It wasn’t worth its price. The staff also didn’t return the full change of the amount which I had given him.
