We went for a dine in at the outlet. The dine has restarted & the outlet was empty. We ordered for tulsi, ginger, ilaichi tea with rusk nd palak patta chaat. The tea was good nd so was the chaat. The server Pramod was nice. Gave some nice suggestions, also asked for warm water to drink. Nice service. Spoke politely & very well. Palak patta chaat was crispy. Went couple of days back. Ordered for tea, bun samosa, spinach corn sandwich. Tea wasn't good. Over cooked nd no hint of ginger. Bun samosa was ok. Spinach corn sandwich wasnt good either. The cheese seemed spoilt. The accompaniment mayo garlic dip is replaced by cheap mayonnaise which is not good either. They have increased their prices for tea, sandwiches while the quality has gone down. Ordered Samosa chaat in place of ssndwiches. It was good I am a blogger on instagram & zomato as the @the_food_date. They have introduced a chai caramel latte, which we tried and it is so unhealthy. Half a glass of milk loaded with caramel syrup sheer sugar topped with lot of froth and loaded with cream with zero taste of chai or tea..on complaining they gave us tea liquor which was nothing but bitter tea to add in the glass. This was some saviour else its not worth it. Ddnt like. They have discontinued the large tea. Now they have only regular and flask. Bhelpuri was good. Had platter of mini Podi idlis. Dry and not good. Ddnt like. Then we had sandwich which was average. 20 th oct 23 Tried bhelpuri it was nice though quantity is less. Spinach. One sandwich was good The garlic mayo sauce was a tad sweet. Green chutney wasn’t good either. Tea was average. Tried their Tacos.. not good.. just mayonnaise and some crunch and some layer of beet root. No quality. Bun Samosa was good. Hot and nice. Vada pav was ok too 30th march We had tea and bun samosas. Yea we asked without sugar but they added sugar. Then had to redo. Bun samosas was ok. Then they wrongly billed us for a freebie. That also took time.

Firstly packaging was so bad that half the tea had spilled. Secondly tea was not hot it was warm. Thirdly, it was not a freshly brewed cup of tea..it tasted really bad. I have had tea from chaayos at my place from other outlets but I doubt whether this is a fake chaayos. Has left such a bad taste in my mouth. Please do not order from here. And Chaayos this centre is spoiling ur brand value.. customer like me will nvr go bk to this outlet ever again

Very bad service made us wait 25 minutes for 2 cups of chai... And they kept on getting everyone's orders wrong. Please keep atleast one experienced person behind the counter. A kind suggestion to write the name of the person on the cup or at the very least place the bill on the tray, our chai got mixed up with another customer's as they had no idea which was which.
