the ambience in Chaayos( frankly speaking,just this ROF portico outlet ) is what draws me from my home to this place for a casual time with my book..with a constant sip of the steaming hot tea lying infront of me. Its really a soothimg experience here. the staff is also very friendly.

The ambience is awesome. Vibe is awesome. The staffs are cordial. I always get the best of services here. The whole portico is a vibe. You can do your office work here and grab whatever you like. Cozy, cool, uninterrupted. Big thumbs up.

The tea is so good would recommend, the staff is so friendly , the ambiance is quiet appropriate for sitting and working. Would recommend to go for it

Chaayos chai leagues are very good.There are also small items such as snack items which are very nice to eat.Bun maska ,Vada pav,bun samosa,poha..

I am not sure if this amount of ghee is okay in an upma. When the issue was raised, the branch manager asked me to change it - but then my time is of essence, and I don’t like the amount of food wastage that would be creating. This is the second time this is happening to me that something didnt taste as it is supposed to. Otherwise the ambience is great, and staff is extremely courteous. P.S: the cup contains ghee from the upma
