What’s a pizza without cheese? Exactly what Chalet 33 has served me for 6 days in a row—even after charging for it. We have been patient and requesting sincerely, yet their excuse remains: “Add extra cheese if you want.” We even paid ₹72 extra for cheese and still got the same plain pizza. For 3 days the same pizza cost ₹219, and on the 6th day we paid ₹291 after sudden GST and packaging charges—what kind of inconsistency is this? They’re only consistent at being inconsistent. Add wrong orders (palak momos instead of veg) and terrible delivery, and it’s just not worth it. Walk-in is a bit better, but overall Chalet 33 is overrated. Tree House Café, Temple Street, and Marathi are far more reliable.
