This place was love at first sight! @chaobellacpokhla offers a combination of Chinese and Italian cuisine.@crownplazahotel What we had: Starters- Distinct and unique favours 🦐 Prawn salt and pepper 🍗 Crispy chilli chicken 🥦 Yan Pak Crop 🍕 Fillers- Veg pizza verdure- thin crust pizza baked to perfection Main course: 🐠 Cantonese fried fish in black bean sauce-wonderfully mild on the pallet. 🍮 Silken tofu and Back Choy in Hunan sauce - The showstopper. I have never had such smooth tofu! 🍚 Egg chicken fried rice 🍜 Veg hakka noodles - Thin, smooth and delicious Dessert: Date pancake topped with vanilla ice cream - cheery on the 🔝 Special thanks to Mr Natwar Singh, who curated such a comprehensive and thoughtful menu.

World Class Service and Scrumptious Food As always, awesome ambience too..Mr. Prakash was par excellent and his services and courtesy are indeed exemplary..Chef Harish did some amazing pan friend noodles and lamb cumin which were superb and simply divine.. Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. Overall, I had a great experience. the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. Keep it up Chaobella crown plaza♥️💯

I’ve tried the seafood risotto here twice. Compared to other restaurants, they use a lot of seafood. The vibe feels like an old-town bar in Europe—peaceful and elegant. The food is good, and the staff are kind.

This is a chinese cum italian restaurant Located in a hotel. Although earlier visited other restaurants in this hotel, It was our first visit to this restaurant. We opted chinese and straight went to the main course. All the preparations were excellent And we shared our observations about the quality of food with the chef Ujjwal, who was kind enough to personally come to our table to inquire about the food. Since all the orders by us were from their veg menu , I can't comment about their non veg options. I will especially recommend their veg curry based on tofu. The service by Mr Sarthak was par excellence. The only concern was the size of the portions served by them, which was much less compared with prevalent standards. Keeping in view, 18% GST on in house restaurants compared with 5% in stand alone restaurants, the food becomes a bit costly, if portions are also small.

The food and service at the restaurant was very good. However, food being prepared in the open kitchen had non stick pans with their non stick coating completely scratched and chipped off! This was very disappointing. Other than that, the ambience was great and the staff was v hospitable.
