I feel like it is a classic example of a franchise model failing. first off the spectrum mall in itself is very sus. then you get into the outlet to order just to have the most pathetic coffee and food of your entire life. this seems like rip off the good Chelvies outlets. The biscoff latte was pathetic with no taste of either biscoff or coffee. The barista(not sure if he was one) would try to gaslight you into believing that their coffee is the best and you should know your coffee. the food too was pathetic. We ordered chicken wings and the chicken felt stale. all in all I am happy that we made it out alive. overall a 0/10. Yuk

Really bad experience. We ordered a biscoff latte which came out tasting nothing like biscoff or coffee. Moreover, it had curdled milk solids at the top which pointed towards stale milk being used. Manager was more concerned about being on phone and said he could only replace if taste was sour, otherwise he couldn't do anything. even tried to justify the white frothy solids on top as the biscoff flavouring substance! Horrible experience, bad service and total wastage of money.

The food was prepared casually and was not as expected. served cold with very bad presentation. I had ordered 5 coffees and all tasted like sugar syrup. I had repeatedly asked not to add sugar and make it strong but it was a casual behaviour that did not care. on top I was asked not to stretch out legs while sitting there for more than 5 hours. I asked for the manager with no help

Ordered dimsums & pizza and both were bland in taste (had to add a lot of salt, oregano and chilli flakes to enhance the taste!). Also tried the chocolate raclette and the ice cream, chocolate syrup and the bread used were not fresh at all and had a weird smell. Total money waste; don't visit this outlet!
