Chickenette is classic Faridabad. They have been a very well know restaurant for a long time but unfortunately things have only deteriorated over time. It used to be one of the only take-away restaurants with quality food. You can see they haven't embraced the new age of online ordering ushered by Zomato/Swiggy. Their standards have faded compared to the new restaurants opening in new sectors and available to almost everybody in Faridabad. There are few things that one notices when ordering online or take-away from chickenette: 1. Their zomato page provides very little information about the dishes. You are left with two options either order whatever you are familiar with or guess what the dish might be. They should add more information and photos about their products, its ingredients and the preparation method (cooked/grilled) etc. 2. They never pack tissue papers or cutlery. Making it difficult for us who like to eat in our cars. 3. Their packing isn't great to say the least. Quite often the gravies leak from the aluminium foil within which they pack their tandoor dishes. And they use cardboard boxes to pack these dishes which doesn't help either. Other restaurants have started to pack such dishes in plastic containers. 4. Sometimes they prepare the same dish very differently. I had ordered grilled chicken breast on two different occassions; one time they prepared the chicken breats along with grilled veggies packed while on another occassion they just prepared chicken breast without any veggies.

I have ordered from Chickenette so many times in the past, but this time my experience was very disappointing. I ordered chicken malai tikka and I paid Rs 420. The chicken was stale and undercooked and there was no malai. The quantity was less even for a single person and not at all the worth the price I paid. My experience was awful, would never order from Chickenette again.

Absolutely no regard for the customer. Disrespectful arrogant owners who feel like they have the monopoly in Faridabad and can do anything they like. Order fro Green Chick, they are much better.

We ordered for paneer roll and we got it in a Tandoori roti which was not even edible. On complaining the person knew about it but did not even want to apologise or acknowledge

Rude behaviour, fooling since 2.5 hours at delivery guy has left the shop and our delivery location was only 1.5 km, “uchee dukaan feeke pakwan”
