The food quality is still good, but the service standards have noticeably declined compared to before. I’ve visited the Noida outlet more than 10 times, and lately it feels like there’s a lack of attentiveness from the staff. Servers rarely check in for repeat drinks or ask for feedback on the food, which used to be a standard part of the experience. Additionally, there’s no sense of recognition for returning guests, which is disappointing given the number of times I’ve dined here. Overall, the service has been declined

Ordered parmesan garlic wings, Initially received a wing that was green on the inside and tasted rancid, it was replaced after initial complain, however due to my appetite i decided to get the replacement packed. I again receive more wings that tasted horrible rancid. Hugely dissatisfied and disappointed in my experience this time around which usually used to be great.
