Have been visiting chungwa since 15yrs now. This is the first time we felt disappointed with the food and service. The lack of service is still understandable, maybe they were going through a rush hour and things took time. Sadly the quality of food has gone down. The H.C potatoes/Manchow Soup & chilli garlic noodles tasted average. Hoping it was just a one time experience and they will look into improving this. Secondly the staff should be prompt enough to politely handle guests creating a ruckus and being verbally/loudly abusive among each other. that's a big negative on the ambience of that place.

very rude staff, absolutely untrained and the manager has no etiquettes. did not reserve a table despite booking through zomato. no service at all. waiter took ages to serve us. this place has been a 5 star for 10.years and has suddenly deteriorated recently

1. Horrible experience , shouting staff , improper seating experience 2. Took order of dimsum then 15 mins later comes back and says no dimsusm can be made today (Sunday 12:15)
