This place has my heart, offers greenery and soothing dine in experience with great taste, prices are also affordable and pocket friendly, this place is to photogenic and alive with greenery all around and their open kitchen is cherry on top. Really loved it, we tried their Vada pav, coffee and mushroom bruschetta that was so tasty

went for late night snacking with family and thoroughly enjoyed the pasta , pizza , cold coffee , fries. The ambiance was nice to visit with family as lots of open space even at 2 am.

So there is a particular server here, by the name Pradeep Kumar Shukla. If you try to place an order, he will say that he will take an order once a table is free. If you get a table he will give you an excuse that he already has 15 orders to make and he is the only one handling the entire café. I have come here a couple of times and both times he has done the same thing whereas there are four people behind the counter who are just sitting idle and asking him to delegate work which he does not do. The entire café is at risk because of this one particular hardly literate guy who thinks he’s owns the café. He took over 35 minutes only to take my order. In fact, he tells every other person who comes to the café that there is another café nearby where people can go.

I had a very bad experience in my recent visit to Tree cafe. I waited for like 30 min or so to get a seat which is fine and kinda expected as lots of hype going on for this place. Then, the major turn off was the service....it is very slow and in the menu whatever I was saying was not available, then in the end I got tired I asked him 'bhaiya kya available h vo btado, menu ka toh koi fyada hi nh h'. I got only coffee and nachos. Coffee 2.5/5 Nachos 0/5 - plain, bland, only the name was mexican and jalapenos. but just a sprinkle of that was there in it. I won't be going again for sure. Lot of scope of improvement. I wish it can be worked upon and make customer retention better. only thing that I like was the Ambience around this cafe.

There is no system for table reservation or registration. People have to rush to hog the tables. We were waiting for 30 mins for a table to clear and as we were approaching the table someone who clearly just got there rushed & took the table. Half an hour wasted waiting for a table we couldn't get. Left after this incident which ruined the mood. Very bad management from the cafe. Would not recommend going here.

Visited this café with my wife just for tea, but the experience was very disappointing. • The tea was really bad The nachos were equally disappointing, with poor taste and quality. • Staff behavior was rude and unprofessional, which completely spoiled the visit. Overall, we went in expecting a relaxing tea break, but left dissatisfied. Would not recommend this place, especially for tea.
