I love cinnabon, plain & simple. Everything on their menu is bomb! This particular visit we tried their chocolate shake, large cappuccino, and roll on the go. Amazing! Can't go wrong with cinnabon. We were served quickly on our table, everything was perfect. The staff is warm & hospitable. 5 stars! PS: Cinnabon coffee is so underrated

Cinnabon at Mall of India is a great option as soon as you enter the mall to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings🤤 You can go for Classic Cinnamon Rolls if you are sitting and having your meal🙂 Or if you are on the go then opt for Roll-On-The-Go which allows you to eat with a fork while you take a stroll in the mall😎 Quality & taste as usual were great👍🏼 For people who don't consume eggs this is again a great dessert option🌱 Outlet at Noida is a kiosk located in the pathway of the mall but offers decent seating capacity✔️ Hot coffee is definitely underrated and should be given a try☕️ Minibon & Cappuccino combo is worth it for a single person💯

Cinnabon provides delicious sweet and savoury eatables. I ordered a combo of 2 Cappuccino & a Classic cinnabon, along with Caramel Pecanbon as takeaway. Classic Cinnabon: 5/5 (absolutely tasty) Caramel Pecanbon: 4.5/5 Hazelnut Cappuccino: 4/5 Caramel Cappuccino: 3/5

try the cinnabons, but hard pass on hot beverages. Had their cappuccino which was tagged as best sell, it wasn't flavourfull, coffee was on minimum, you could say it was somewhat like very mild black coffee with traces of milk.

Cinnabon staff has scammed us twice by adding add on of chocolate sauce of ₹40 extra in the bill on a simple *roll on the go* when confronted they said that it is applicable on it as a compulsary add on because i chose the chocolate roll on the go which already has chocolate syrup in it and doesn’t need extra, even after charging he did not add any extra syrup he just claimed it to be included charge not as an extra charge while it was clearly an extra charge , I NEVER ASKED FOR ANY ADD ON, and this has not happened once it is their everyday scam!! same happened the other day when i bought their cinnamon roll , this is highly unprofessional and pathetic!!! Beware of the scam guys!

Staff is busy playing with their phone and don’t even give plates and cutlery…. On asking for it we got to hear their rude replies saying cleaning staff has not come so even for having the food there we did not get plates. They say they prefer take away only…I wish Zomato has negative ratings option

Cinnabon is not upto regular standard today and more than that coffee they charge about 400 for 2 small cup, neither bill was provided, I also didn't insists on that knowing it is my last visit. Costly eatables are not problem, problem is bad taste or not VFM.

Most pathetic service. They deliver the wrong product and don’t even respond or rectify that. Ashwini from the company will drop you a note to get in touch but never respond.
