Visited Cinnabon last evening and no regrets. I visited it for the first time and it was a great experience having a cup of coffee here with a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon rolls served here are freshly baked and you can also get the toppings done over it. The Cinnabon classic tasted delicious with a cup of cappuccino. I will recommend this place to everyone especially the dessert lovers.

would have given zero stars for the most unprofessional person Rahul sitting at your counter..he gave us stale roll for my 5 year old daughter it was hard ,sour , on complaining he said it's like this because it's not heated then he heated it..guess what it was still hard and just hot..on complaining again he said that it's not manufactured here and we can't do a thing about it.Then on asking about the customer care no he said that you can find it online.i asked for supervisor contact details to which he totally denied.probably the biggest loser ever to sell stale stuff to 5 year old and being arrogant about it without a hint of shame.

The roll that the restaurant sent was completely stale and can't be eaten at all. The wrap was so cold and dry. How can anyone send such food to someone and going by the reviews, they're doing it repeatedly. Not good at all. I used to love the wrap and now I won't ever order again from Cinnabon.

most irritating person at the billing counter. why can't he just take a simple order & bill it. why ask unnecessary questions, harass the customer, spoil the mood and argue endlessly. kindly teach your staff the basics of customer interaction.

terrible!! waste of money . completely stale and dry rolls and coffee tasted as if they have given iced hot chocolate. with half glass of ice only. they are making the customers fool. will definitely not recommend this to anyone

Can’t believe one my favourite places to hang out or work has gone down so badly !! Stale sandwich. Stale Cinnabon. Terrible cold coffee !! Sad state of affairs. You’re better off shutting shop then running it like this.

Worst outlet. Everytime their card machine doesn't work for my orders. It works for others in front of me. They don't give me other options to pay. It gets closed before 10 itself.
