Cinnamon Kitchen used to be an all time favourite- especially for food. Most of the dishes are way too good - but this time the experience was a bit disappointing. The ambiance and decor before the renovation was amazing - and now it’s complete “beigy dim light decor feels”. The place looked pretty understaffed- only 3 people running around and waiting tables. Extremely hardworking, but again - managing quite a lot for everyone. We ordered Chilly Chicken - which looked fantastic, smelled fantastic but was undercooked. Fish in the fish and chips- was also questionable. Crispy corn was great! I have been a regular customer since years , but it was the first time dining (after the renovation) - so a bit disappointed. Drinks were amazing, so if you are going to drink and have platters (is a good choice)

I’d like to share my experience at this restaurant. Let’s start with the food — it was average, nothing special. However, the real issue lies in the service. As a customer, you’re expected to ask for the menu yourself, track down an available waiter, and even after paying the bill, you’re required to wait until a waiter is free to review your payment before you’re allowed to leave. This level of service is completely unacceptable. The staff appeared untrained, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service etiquette. There was no sense of attentiveness or understanding of how to properly serve guests. I strongly urge the management to re-evaluate and improve their staff. Without immediate changes, this kind of experience will drive customers away and could lead to the downfall of your restaurant.

TERRIBLE! while we had our food, the valet was driving our new car around. When we showed the proof of the car moving around, the manager defended it! on top of this, he was obnoxious AND was not ready to even listen... so much for service. come here, only to eat shit, bad food or even worse beer

dont reserve/book seats for this restaurant through district or swiggy dineout the staff will deny the payment thru these apps and will ask u to pay upfront meaning u wont be able to also apply the flat 30% or flat 10% that is mentioned on the app
