We had the absolute worst experience at The Cinnamon Kitchen, Indore. We booked a table through the Zomato app, which clearly promised a 37% discount. However, when we arrived and it was time for the bill, the management completely backtracked. They made ridiculous excuses, claiming that 'online discounts are not applicable' and that it only applies to some specific 'restaurant-type billing.' This is a blatant scam and false advertising to lure customers in! ​To make matters worse, the service was highly unprofessional. The waiters and staff possess a deeply negative, insensitive, and arrogant attitude. Instead of being hospitable and resolving the issue, they were dismissive and rude. ​If you cannot honor the discounts you advertise online, do not list your restaurant on food apps. Terrible food ethics, even worse customer service, and a completely ruined evening. Save your money and self-respect—go somewhere else where customers are actually valued!"so all suggest to avoid

TERRIBLE! while we had our food, the valet was driving our new car around. When we showed the proof of the car moving around, the manager defended it! on top of this, he was obnoxious AND was not ready to even listen... so much for service. come here, only to eat shit, bad food or even worse beer

Quality of their mango beer has been significantly degraded than last year. I used to go to this place very often because of their mango beer but this year their mango beer quality has been deteriorated significantly and now I have stopped going here.

dont reserve/book seats for this restaurant through district or swiggy dineout the staff will deny the payment thru these apps and will ask u to pay upfront meaning u wont be able to also apply the flat 30% or flat 10% that is mentioned on the app

Ordered Chicken lollypop and Chicken Rara. The chicken which they used was a big bird and it was difficult to eat.
