​"Delicious Food & Vibrant Ambiance" ​Had an amazing lunch at Lemon Tree Premier today! The buffet spread is massive and every dish tasted fresh. The ambiance is so bright and cheerful—definitely lives up to the 'Lemon Tree' name. Great service and even better food. Will be back soon! 🍋✨

Just now we visited for lunch n you charged more than 700/- as service charges which is absolutely not acceptable. It should be our discretion only not compulsory.

Honestly, this buffet experience was highly disappointing and nowhere close to the expectations set by the pricing or the promises made. Firstly, most of the food was not even properly heated, which immediately affected the overall dining experience. The variety offered was also far less than what was promised. For the amount being charged, we genuinely expected a much wider and better-curated spread. The taste, especially of the vegetarian main course gravies, was below average. The noodles and pasta were extremely bland and lacked even basic seasoning or flavor. The snacks section, too, did not have the decent variety that was advertised. Coming to the desserts — they were just okayish. The pastries and sweet items were not fresh or delicious, and the fruits actually looked stale. The beverages were equally disappointing: one drink was overwhelmingly citrusy, while the other tasted like a basic Tang-style premixed drink that anyone can make at home. The stuff is extremely unprofessional! I ordered a beer and a dish (penne with chicken in red sauce), they said it will take at least half-an-hour to prepare the meal, so I ordered roasted papad to pair the beer. They brought fried papad, it took 15 mins to bring the beer, and they served the meal quickly (along with the beer). The pasta was too hot (garnished with chilli flakes!) and they didn't serve any seasonings with it! And they served me a bottle of water only after I asked. I was sitting next to the entrance and they were loudly talking/arguing among themselves.

There was some serious issues with the bill i had to pay at hotel. My estimated bill to pay was 3900 while i was to asked to pay 6900 as per hotel. While the issue was being sorted out with customer care team, and even after clearing the bill at hotel, the ill mannered manager “Monu” of the hotel was giving a smirk which was seriously embarrassing and not at all expected out of a hospitality business team like Lemontree. Too disappointed and will not recommend to anyone unless they want to get embarrassed. Kindly look into this matter and resolve
