Hello coba Team, I visited your Vasant Kunj outlet on 1 August 2026 and my bill number was 59. My bill included a 10% “Discretionary Staff Contribution” of ₹809.50. Before making the payment, I requested your staff to remove this charge, but they refused, saying it could not be removed because it was mentioned on the menu. Since the charge is described as discretionary, I request you to refund the ₹809.50 that was charged to me. I have a copy of the bill and my payment receipt. I would appreciate a resolution at the earliest. If this matter cannot be resolved, I will consider raising it with the appropriate consumer authorities. Thank you

Visited on 10 July after booking through Zomato. The food was expensive, the taste and quality were not worth it. However, I was disappointed that a service charge was added to the bill, even though it's not mandatory. I didn't ask them to remove it, but I chose not to leave an additional tip. The biggest letdown was the terrace seating. I was told it was reserved for a private party, but later I saw other customers being seated there and ordering food. That felt unfair and left a bad impression. Overall, good ambience, but the service and transparency could be improved.
