very bad service they add mandatory service charge. And when asked to remove they say they can't as we're paying through Zomato. They argue and stare which made us feel uncomfortable. Rude staff and prices way too high

Visited Coba for a birthday. Food was good, but everything else was disappointing. Prices are high and service poor. They added a 10% service charge and refused to remove it, saying it was mentioned in the menu and that payment method (Zomato/Swiggy) affects removal—both misleading, since service charge is voluntary in India regardless. The server argued arrogantly and delayed calling the manager while staff stared and murmured, making us uncomfortable. After waiting, they finally removed it without apology. The experience felt unprofessional and embarrassing. Good food cannot justify such behavior. Would not recommend.

We ordered paneer tikka ,paneer lababdar,dal makhni,both the paneer dishes were not good ,very hard paneer seems like frozen and not properly cooked .I did complaint to manager also but seems like they knew it already that paneer is not good.

Had a wonderful dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with great flavors and presentation. The ambiance was warm and inviting—perfect for a relaxed meal. The service was also excellent, with staff being attentive and friendly throughout. Definitely a place worth visiting again!
