4th Visit, felt that the food quantity ain't so good tho the taste of the focaccia ham sandwich was good and cheesy and the Nutella mocha (cold) was just great on our first visit ever since it has felt very watery and bland, despite today me requesting it extra sweet, didn't really give that kick as it did on my first visit, we wanted fusili pasta as stated in their menu but only penne was available so a lill disappointed. Ambience is top notch tho

This place doesn't have so many seating options, only 5-6 tables. ambience is 3/5, food is 3.5/5 but the service is good.

The staff here is completely lost, everyone went, OH you didn't give coffee to ma'am yet, oh! you haven't served cookie to the sir! oh you didn't give the invoice, they are waiting!! it was a complete circus. zero customer service and all this was happening in the presence of a senior I suppose, who was busy taking an inventory count or something. super bad customer service, this is how businesses fail.

I ordered Nutella log pastry and Hershey’s pastry. Both of these were really bad. I know they give discounts on different platforms but the food also should be edible. Pastries were not soft and were chewy. I’ll not recommend anyone buy any dessert from this place.
