The best coffee this side of town. Period. Authentic Italian taste, fine coffee aroma and perfect texture. Haven’t tasted anything better in Delhi yet. Kudos!

Very cozy comfortable place. It has good vibes with fresh coffee aroma. Freshly brewed coffee was aromatic and light to drink. Price of the coffee are quite easy on pocket. Next time will buy some coffee beans for home and try other cold coffee.

Shocking, disrespectful staff behaviour. February 1, 2023 At the cost of sounding like an appalled complainant at a police station, I need to mention how rude, disrespectful and shrewd the staff in this joint are. A lady in green met us at the counter. I asked the price of your Excellence beans, she reacted by telling us in a rude, condescending tone "this cup is too expensive, sir, you should buy some other." We enquired again to which the lady had a ruder, more disrespectful tone telling us 2-3 times "this coffee is too expensive for you." When we told her about this she mentioned to us that "I have told you repeatedly this coffee is too expensive" This was perhaps the most disrespectful encounter in a coffee store that we have found. Classist, disgusting, disrespectful and outrageous. Please avoid this store. Also, if you want an excellence certified coffee please go to Kastros. They respect no matter where you come from.
