When i crave for coffee i go there, when i dont i go there. When i want to sit quite and read a book i visit there. Staffs are so warm n welcoming. One of my best go to place. Thank you Coffee cafe ville for failing me.

Because of the carelessness of delivery boy I got spilled food all over the polybag.so I told the restaurant they quickly rearranged the order again and apologize. these people are really nice.

Great Coffee. Suggest everyone to taste for atleast once. Fragrance is too good and hospitality is very nice and cooperative. Would be visiting there evrytime I'm in Gurgaon . Simply LOVED IT!

Nice Coffee. Taste was so good , looks like having coffee in abroad...... They follow all coffee making standards......which I didn't find in any other cafe in India

really good service. Coffee is great with appropriate proportion of all the ingredients. other food items are also good. breakfast meals are quite good and healthy.

They have very nice coffee and food items... Recommended.... Great barista and these people knows about the food as well... Which is actually very nice...

Coffee was so testy  and packaging is  good on time delivery. I suggest plz try coffee form there atleast once.And locality is also quit good

I visited cafe and took hot coffee it was one of the awesome its near my office so almost daily i visit cakes are also very good

They have their beans right but that's about it. I ordered a frappe. It turned out to be a sugary mixture of coffee and water. Something which world over people call as ice coffee. Fairly disappointing. Frappe is made differently. Check the photo

Had some cousins over and they wanted to have coffee at home. Did the worst mistake of ordering coffee from Coffee Ville, ordered hot latter and a frappe. The king size latte looked as if it's the smallest, however it was packed so well that we had to struggle opening it. The frappe wasn't seal packed and it came only half. The delivery guy had no clue of what happened to the other half. The restaurant could have sealed the frappe too, or may be they did. Raised the issue with zomato, and they said all is fine with the order. The latte served in a dwarf cup is their king size. Never going to coffee Ville again!
