Apart from the amazing and wholesome flavours, the service is absolutely wonderful. We had left our wallet and when we called the restaurant, they reverted back to us within minutes and the Staff member Abhay refused to take money saying it was his duty. Had a wonderful time and would indefinitely say it's worth the try! Eternally grateful!

cold love in omaxe mall is one of my best outlet when it comes to eating Ice creams . Their quality is top most . Flavours and everything is so fresh . Hygiene is completely maintained. the cost of on scoop is very eco friendly I must visit again here. the staff behavier is also very polite. Thanku cold love !!

chocolate and bitter Orange ice-cream was yummmmmm. Americano was great. however the staff there at 2250h (when we reached) told us that the place was closing and gave us the stuff in take aways. spoiler mood 😒 😑 😕 😐. pse inform customer before hand.....

the employees are very sweet and helpful. the artisanal icecreams are to die for.. especially strawberry cheesecake and salted butter caramel. the mona Lisa staring at you is a nice touch 😅

Had the fruit cobbler sundae and the sugar free coffee ice cream! Excellent taste and very nice portions. Thank you to the cute staff who specially came to check on us!

Ended up eating at the NFC counter and paying at the CP one (by mistake). Am hoping the (small) sun is reversed when they realise that it was made in error

Most of the ice-cream flavours were artificial tasting and had a funny aftertaste. Two of our party found several bits of paper in their icecream.

The place has pathetic service and good coffee. After I grabbed a coffee my friend asked to taste their ice cream and the quantity they gave was not enough for an ant. Killed the whole mood of getting an ice cream.

Highly disappointed with the service. The lady at the counter didn’t know when to apologise, when to smile and when to be polite. Never coming back! Above all, she must ask customers their preference.
