Team led by Jyoti, included Laxmi, Khushboo, Arpita and Monika who were all awesome in service. They all acted as One Team and displayed amazing customer care. It was a wonderful experience for me. PS: I had visited the restaurant on 21st June 2025, reference POS number C19303,Table 7.

I think it's high time that people can stop going to Costa Coffee. The coffee has become very bad and the food is just yuck. I ordered a burger with my coffee. You can literally not finish the burger. It's so stale. I don't know what sub-standard quality they are dealing in. Quite disappointed and would warn people to not waste money on this chain.
