The food was great and the experience was amazing. The servers are very polite and very accommodating. Truffle fries are a must try.

Had another great experience with family n friends at cozy box. Food was excellent, ambience and service were good. They had Qwalli night, which was ok but the volume was very high. I guess the guests would enjoy music at a reasonable volume after which it becomes noise pollution.

Everything that we ordered in the food was delicious. We went on Friday night and only two tables were booked so if you are looking for crowd this might not be the place for you.

Some.food items that we ordered we really good. But I think the restaurant needs to work on reducing the sweetness quotient. the vietnamese vegetables were more than sweet. it was sugar shot. the mocktails were heavily sweet despite we request for a less sweet version of the drinks. So somewhere these tastes need to be managed

we had booked this place for corporate dinner from 5.30pm onwards on 18th Sep. the confirmation came from Zomato. then i called up cozy box to assure confirmation. all was going fine. on 18th i got a call for confirmation. till this time there was no mention of a private party to be hosted from 7pm. Then at 6.45 one staff member said we need to vacate as their is a private party. in middle of the dinner we were asked to leave the restaurant. how embarassing can that be. They never bothered to inform us.This place is unpredictable.
