We had a wonderful dining experience with excellent food and warm, attentive service. The staff was genuinely caring and took the time to understand our preferences, thoughtfully customizing the dishes to suit our taste. Why Taj is different from Others that you come to know when you experience it.We went there for dining and we enjoyed their excellent service ,special thanks to the Manager Mr. Wasim.Food was cooked fresh and comfortable on pallete.I was very glad to know that now they are open for 24 hrs so it’s easy to grab some good food late nights in Gurgaon.

This place is a bit on the higher end with food ranging to 3000 for two people yet the ambience here and the quality of food remains unmatched. I personally visited this place to eat the very famous fish and it was so soft and cooked end to end recommendation: 1. Fish 2. Indian 3. Chinese not recommended: 1. Italian

ऊंची दुकान फीके पकवान ,unexpectedly poor taste and preparation, spread of menu was not good keeping in mind the taj brand,price card is too high for the buffet, we got upset stomach next day though we had too little because of taste

Went here with old family friends. This is a stain in the name of Taj, both in terms of food and service. Club sandwich sent to be packed was thrown out in the kitchen "by accident". Navratri tikkis from the special menu undercooked, without salt. When they were sent back, took 40 mins to get an edible one. Even though we got only snacks and tea/coffee, a horrible visit. Came back with a hit to the wallet and just as hungry

Sitting Just Now in Taj Culina - 1. Pathetic Service 2. We Ordered French Toast and It was served cold and Chewy 3. Only Three Tables were engaged and there were at least 8 Servers but few were chatting among themselves - One was on his mobile phone - Two were Continuously busy on their systems - None was even paying attention to tables 4. No one bothered to clear plates that were done with Worst Taj Experience Ever

I go to a Taj and expect only the best. The food, service and the ambience. The service was good but the food questionable. I ordered a chilli cheese toast. Was served a sandwich. uhmm. ok. cheese less.chilli no. crispy no. hot no. Ordered tea. I expect cookies to come with it. Another put off was the tent card on every table that read "minimum order 1000.". Very local cafe-ish and not Taj at all.

Not a pleasant experience as the dal makhani and tawa parathas were not cooked properly also, the executive was charging 1250 for 2pcs of paratha whereas it was mentioned 300 for 1 portion of tawa paratha in the menu.

Had a not so good experience. Pathetically slow service. 1 hour 10mins to serve the first starter. Similar timelines for main course. Food was ok. Curries are too spicy (even for Delhi standards)

The food is absolutely pathetic, the buffet is a sham. They should pay the customers for eating there its that bad. The service is even more horrible if that is possible.
