Food was tasteless. Pizza was stale. Got the food after 2 hours. Very bad service.

Staff is very stubborn. Previously they used to give fresh pan crust on small pizza but now they refused and asked me to go for atleast medium size. Not only that the manager was rude and didn't listen to the issues. I am not happy and didn't like the behaviour. Will not continue to be customer.

i ordered cheese n corn regular and cheese garlic bread and u sending me zingy parcel...I am payed u 129 for cheese garlic bread and u send me 95rs zingy parcel I am not excepting from u very worst experience

So I was very disappointed from the food was I did order, Actually I did order Mexican veggie, Farmer's choice, panner tacos and the hazelnut shake order no. 17, first I received the shake after I told the staff put into the freezer when my order will done give it together and they suggest me it would be bad in after 5 min seriously this disgusting And after I ate pizza which is Mexican Veggie actually just take two bite I found a hair, after connect with cashier do you use hair net which is mandatory for the kitchen staff as we know . After my word the staff she's told me the hair is fly from outside we get you the fresh one seriously this was very pathetic and really after close from all glass doors how fly from outside even it was not ready in roadside kaos after my sister told them no more pizza order. The Question are If someone Order for shake from the restaurant “Da Pizza Palace” they really deliver before 5 min actually as per staff mentioned the shake will bad after 5 min Why the kitchen staff is not wearing a proper kitchen or neither hair-net. There was no customer care just bad experience not recommended personally Thank-you

Har order par inke pizza ka size chota hote ja rha hai or taste kharab. Won't order from here again bad experience

The pizza is thick layered and not of good quality...1.5/5 rating... while white sauce pasta was okay okay..3/5rating.

Last night i order cheese corn pizza . Pizza was testeless and no cheese on pizza sweet corn was smell no pizza sauce totally blend pizza my money totally weste i will never come this place please qulity inprove

Ordered punjabi paneer pizza from this outlet. Pizza was fresh, full of topping and cheese, Perfectly baked. Loved it ❤️ Tastes better than dominos.
