This was my first visit to a BYOB, with two other couples for a long-awaited reunion. The music and ambience were good, and the starters were satisfactory. However, the experience was negatively affected due to the conduct of certain staff members. We had three birthdays in the group and requested a simple birthday mention from the DJ. Our server agreed to the request but did not mention any charges. After 30 minutes of no announcement, I checked again and was informed there would be a ₹500 charge, which felt misleading since it was not disclosed initially. Despite agreeing to pay, there was further delay. When I approached the DJ area to follow up, the photographer on duty (Roshan) and the bouncer (Rahul) handled the situation in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, instead of communicating clearly. This created an uncomfortable environment for our group. A birthday announcement is a standard request in most hospitality venues, and if it is a paid service, it should be clearly communicated upfront. Lack of transparency and poor staff behaviour left a negative impression at the end of an otherwise pleasant evening. Would not recommend based on the service experience.

The bill was of 1748 in which they applied 151.30 service charge, we asked them to remove. The new bill was of 1589 and when we were paying through district they asked to remove the 1000 rupees which they took as a service charge. This is just hooliganism.

To be honest the place looks good but they are looting in everything. They dont serve regular water , nd they charge 120rs for a bottle , even for glasses etc otherwise the ambience is good , they dont accept any offer or smthing
