He is, without a doubt, a benchmark for fine dining professionalism and genuine hospitality. ​Abhishek's approach was flawless. He demonstrated an in-depth and sophisticated knowledge of the menu, offering insightful recommendations that guided us through a wonderful culinary journey—from suggesting the perfect wine pairing for our main course to seamlessly describing the nuanced preparation of the chef's specials. ​What truly set Abhishek apart was his gracious attentiveness and the way he anticipated our every need without ever being intrusive.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Dakshin Restaurant at the Sheraton. The food was delicious and the ambience was warm, elegant, and relaxing. The service was excellent, with the staff being attentive and courteous throughout. What I particularly appreciated was that, unlike many popular restaurants, it was less crowded and peaceful, allowing us to enjoy the food and conversation without too much noise or rush. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food in a calm and pleasant setting.

Excellent as usual. Dakshin stands out as the epitome of great South Indian food in Delhi. Much appreciated the service of Shridhar, Lakshita and Chef Vishal. Mr Avdesh and Mr Das kindly took great care. Looking forward to Onam celebrations at Dakshin and coming back soon

Outstanding food. We had Rasam, Dal Vada, a pan fried fish, aapam , veg stew and mutton Sukka. And of course the complimentary Papadam with 4 superb Chutney. We should have asked for more spice as this was leas spicy

I have been visiting Dakshin for a long time so decided to treat my mother on Mother's Day. The restaurant was full and hence the service suffered big time. Too few people attending too many tables. food was delayed and often cold. Also the recent price increase has certainly reduced value for money. Mr Darshan was excellent as ever and took great care but he is clearly over worked and over burdened because of poor planning from the restaurant. I hope things improve!
