I had a really disappointing experience at Dhanachoga. The service was extremely poor right from the beginning. The staff was rude and completely unwelcoming. We had to ask for everything ourselves—starting from the menu to placing the order and even basic assistance during the meal. No one seemed attentive or bothered to check on us, which made the entire experience frustrating. What made it worse was the behavior at the end. When we politely mentioned that the service had been very disappointing, the staff member handling our bill responded rudely. Instead of addressing our concern, he simply went to the billing counter, removed the service charge without any conversation, and handed us the bill. There was zero effort to understand the issue or improve the situation. Overall, the hospitality was extremely lacking and not what you expect when dining out. Definitely not an experience I would recommend.

Honestly, the hygiene here is a big concern. The place was empty, yet tables weren’t properly cleaned and the cutlery didn’t feel fresh at all. It just gave off a very unclean, uncomfortable vibe. Service was slow, and even the food couldn’t make up for how unhygienic everything felt. Wouldn’t go back ever.
