l visited Darbar Restaurant through Zomato. When I asked the restaurant staff to remove the service charge from my bill, they told me that if I came through Zomato, I was required to pay the service charge. I would like to know whether this is actually mandatory under Zomato’s terms and conditions, because the restaurant staff specifically refused to remove the service charge on the basis that my visit was through Zomato.

The service was extremely slow. we ordered food without mushrooms and confirmed it twice, already sent back a dish with mushrooms and then discovered that even after sending the dish back, they still gave us the dish with mushrooms. me and my family are allergic to mushrooms and it would have been difficult if one of us ate that dish. extremely disappointed

paneer sabzi served was stale n smelling like anything. On reporting, the waiter agreed being stale but their chef did not agree n started blaming us.
