I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience. The lady at the concierge was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite it being a very important day for me, she refused to provide us with a table and spoke to us in a very disrespectful tone throughout the interaction. A restaurant’s hospitality begins at the entrance, and unfortunately, this experience completely ruined our impression. If Dear Donna truly values its customers and reputation, it should seriously address such behavior and ensure that guests are treated with basic courtesy and respect.

The food portion was bad and the food was average. The price doesn't match with the taste. The staff was good, overall, a good one time experience.
