The service here is very good, the staff is very nice The quality of food here is very good This restaurant deserves every one of its five stars! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a perfect balance of elegance and comfort. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making great recommendations. The food was phenomenal, prepared with the freshest ingredients and bursting with flavor. Every dish was beautifully presented, and you could tell that great care was put into each one. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just craving an unforgettable meal, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended

Our dining experience at Delhi Pavillion was made extra special by the delicious meal prepared by Chef Vaishnav and the kind hosting of Satish and Santokh. I highly recommend the delicious butter chicken and droolworthy Nihari. A must dine place in the heart of Delhi 💯💯💯💥💥💥

Top notch food. Everything tasted fresh and absolutely exquisite. It was the best breakfast we’ve had so far in the past 6 months as a family. Believe me when I say this, my family regularly has breakfast at different hotels once a month in Delhi and this was some absolutely good food we tasted. The service was also very nice, the staff was very polite and attentive with all the information we gave and anything we asked for, it’s a must recommend for anyone looking for good variety of food, it’s quality, service, ambiance and some happy smiles after the meal.

There is room for improvement in service. We felt the number of staff was low even for a restaurant that was 75% empty resulting in delayed attention. Refill of food in the buffet had to be reminded, rotis took long to come. Also for a pool/garden facing restaurant which gets flooded with the Delhi sun, the long shades need to be in working condition. We were informed that the shades are not working and were offered a change of table but given we were half way with our meal, we remained where we were seated. That table should not have been offered to any guests in the first place. Overall, it was an average experience and below our experience in other Sheraton properties.

The food was below average. It was not good at all much less what you expect to have at a 5 star. Further, the staff itself wasn’t aware about the timings of the buffet. They repeatedly informed me wrong timings (by 3 different people infact) and I traveled in traffic believing what they said only to reach there and to be told that the closing time was half an hour early than what was told to me on call. The only thing good was service.

The food and service were very bad. I went along with my team to enjoy but unfortunately my experience was not at all pleasant neither the food was up to the mark quality taste and service all was not right I expected it to be way better not gonna choose Sheraton again for supper. Most of the items were cold and she requested for hot the it took much time than expected. Pizza late on table, breads late on table, biryani was not hot, chicken 65 was not hot and tight pieces. Staff was not courteous or polite like other 5 star hotels. We were feeling like that we booked through District Zomato app so we are being treated as neglected. Mocktail drink was not at all good. Instead of mocktail it was smoothie provided and there was no choice of flavour. Overall bad experience and we wasted our 28,000 money. Paneer salad was smelling bad. Except the ambience everything else was really bad. Waste of money.

It’s listed under ITC, but it should be under OYO. Pathetic service. Whatever discount you receive through the District app or elsewhere, expect the same percentage to be reflected in their service quality. Both the F&B Manager, Naved, and the Hotel Manager, Rishabh, were absolutely unhelpful. I strongly recommend saving your money and spending your time at a place in DLF Commons instead — they offer better service at lower prices.
