Not just the food but the goddamn man who served us food were mere perfect. So classy, sweet, professional and easy to talk to. Loved the Butter Chicken and Paneer Tikka!! ❤

Ambience was excellent but service is Not as prompt as it should be because of lack of staff I think so but rates are reasonable as compared to other lounges around karolbagh or CP.

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I had gone there expecting a pleasant meal, but things quickly went downhill. I ordered a few dishes, including paneer tikka, as I am a vegetarian. The staff didn’t even bother to repeat or confirm my order, which should have been the most basic step. Unfortunately, they ended up serving me chicken instead of paneer tikka. I didn’t realize it immediately and ended up eating some of it, which was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the staff’s behavior. When I brought this to their attention, they were rude and completely uncooperative. There was no sense of accountability or even a basic apology, which reflects very poorly on their service standards. This kind of mistake is serious, especially when it comes to dietary preferences and beliefs. The lack of communication, care, and basic courtesy makes this place hard to trust. I would not recommend this restaurant, especially for vegetarians or anyone who expects respectful service.

The I ordered a chicken tikka and it was much salty and too dry. It wasn’t a fresh chicken. Then I ordered french fries again they were frozen fries not the freshly cut potatoes. We’re not accepting such kind of service and food. If we have to have frozen fries we can have it at home. Highly disappointing

Very poor arrangement, not even suitable for sitting. They take full payment in advance, and after that the owner brings his wife/girlfriend (not sure who she is) in between and behaves rudely, then asks you to leave. bhot hi ghatia jagha hai aise prime location par..

Poor management, food served cold and also mention discount was also not given First thing is served is water but no they dont have good waiters and staff it takes 45-50 min to arive my order by telling same order to 4 different different waiters. Bad experience

The staff was too rude and impolite that i significantly includes a lady staff that was too annoying you can check in the camera cctv, only one person who was serving us was good
