Don't order mango tres leches, it tastes very artificial and wasn't even cold. Also the jalapeno poppers were just cornflour. Salted Caramel freddo was literally just unsweetened cold coffee.

We booked a breakfast offer through another aggregator platform, but the restaurant denied accepting the payment via that platform at the last moment, which was quite disappointing and inconvenient. The food quality was decent, but they seriously need to improve their operations and coordination with partner platforms. The staff could also be more courteous, and their conflict resolution/customer handling needs a lot of improvement. Wasn’t expecting such a poor response from the restaurant.

Too much hyped. Most of the Veg items are spinach based even Lasagne, that didnt taste well Korean bun was also not good Tres Leches was very sweet. Not a good experience as expected. Their other outlet which served Gelato was very tasty and unique.

They are looting money by not suggesting options from their menu and charging unreasonable prices later. I ordered tiramisu latte which was latte plus tiramisu syrup not part of their menu. They charged 450 for it while latte was 200. Stupid place.

I had a very bad experience with this place. They recommend drinks not part of their menu and charge unreasonable prices. Their latte is 200 and for tiramisu latte they charged 450 for extra syrup which was stupid. Never going back again.

The staff there is extremely cold. They are very rude. The desserts are good but the staff ruins the experience.
