One of the worst experiences. Despite having very less Customers and having extra waiters. They were not able to give Great Food at all. After Receiving cold food and you as a customer wait for replacement. After waiting For half an hour they didn’t give us the replacement and when we tried to Speak to the manager they called the bouncer and tried to threat us. We as customers at last paid full value of the food and told them that they were wrong but they continued to avoid us was just saying “jao bhai yaha se Tum* the problem of these kind of restaurants are ki inko pata hai ki 4 baje tak kholege toh log toh aate hee rahege because we don’t have much options Left and they take this as an advantage. At last i just want to say ki desi managers rakhna and bouncer ki dhamki dena doesn’t mean that they can threat us. ( I don’t want to disgrace desi people but ye log misuse karte hai local language bolne ka taaki customer avoid kare aur hum darr jaaye) Rest is up to you guys , if you want to disrespect you as well as your family you must go.

The most terrible experience I had in Gurgaon for a dining restaurant is in Dhaba HR26. The staff is terribly rude and ignorant. We waited for a waiter to come and take out order for 1 plate of rice for 15 mins. Even after personally going and requesting multiple waiters and the owner to bring us 1 plate of rice, no one came and on top of this, waiters are rude, shameless and does not care that families have come here to have dinner over weekend. Plus food quality was shit, filled with oil with no taste whatsoever. This place was recommended to us by a friend but we are never going back and suggest the same.

I went with my family for a dinner. Quality of food served was horrible. We ordered chur chur parantha which was stuffed with aloo and aloo was rotten. It tasted bad. O yuk. Second the chutney served was also rotten. We had also ordered tawa chicken boneless which appeared to be stale and had foul smell. I wish I could give negative rating to this restaurant. It is HORRIBLE. SERVICE WAS PARHETIC. We were the only ones here still the staff did not bother to come n take order. Literally had to go and call them. I would NEVER EVER recommend this restaurant to anyone ever!

Pathetic food and service. Serving stale food with low quality, do not follows cooking instructions even after repeating multiple times. Unfair excuses for food which is according to them is freshly cooked but when it gets served you’ll find it already cold. Same experience with multiple items ordered that includes fried rice, chilly paneer, noodles. Paneer tasted very bad and feels like they are focusing more on earning rather than quality of food and services

I had an awful experience. The manager displayed a complete disregard for customer well-being, even encouraging unnecessary conflicts. I felt unsafe, as unknown individuals were provoked to engage in a fight. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this restaurant due to its unsafe environment and lack of customer care.

I ordered palak paneer without cream 2 portions . 1st portion I got was without cream, and the 2nd was with cream . I repeated not to fo with the creamy palak paneer . Staff images are attached , and they said yae tho lena pageda. Horrible experience.

They charged me twice. First time money got debited from debit card. Secondly they made me pay using we code as well. Will not recommend to anyone. FRAUD !!
