Always a pleasure . Sneha goes above and beyond . My Moms a cancer patient and a lot of allergies when ever he is there always takes extra care .for hygiene and particular for allergens and specially curating . No job is too much for him . The whole team is good

Indulged in a freshly baked Carrot Cake which was nicely moist, melted in the mouth and not so sweet. The banofi pie was good too. I was there with a couple of friends for a short while and down the above with the regular English breakfast tea.

while the food is lovely, portion size is really tiny . ravioli with only 6pieces is too measured even for a single person

Almost no service restaurant ! And whatever is left is lousy and bad service ! Seems no one is interested to serve to a customer! Asked for a Belgian molten chocolate cake and in comes a hot chocolate Asked for chocolate cookie pack and in comes a small poly wrapped almond biscotti type of cookies ! And guess what the bill has the Belgian hot chocolate as well! (Which they removed before i paid) Servers are corteous but have to called out loud for them to walk over for any service A great place to give a miss

We experienced extremely slow service starting from taking the order till getting the food on the table. It was as if the cafe had forgotten to prepare the food after taking the order. The servers were too busy to get water on the table and when they did the water glasses smelled foul. Finally once the food arrived it was also not that great. I went here for the first time and cuz of the poor experience i may not recommend it to anyone or go back for the second time myself.

service could not have been more impersonal and indifferent. shame to have this kind of experience at one of my favorite cafés! if anyone is really bothered about this feedback, then have someone at the cafe call me

30 mins of placing the order but they had forgotten and the order hadn’t been placed at all. With change of ownership this place is going to ab absolute disaster
