I had their Cold pocket sandwich which was very yummy, good mayo filling with chopped carrot, onion, cabbage, cucumber. Price is Rs.50 and really worth the quality.

Their vada pav is great for a quick bite. Love their fruit and black forest cakes. Great quality and service . Total value for money.

Lookwise the cake was good. But the taste was not upto the mark, it was not fresh and the taste was soo basic. I could literally taste wheat flour (maida). Please work on this!

Not exactly same but not bad...taste is good............ But kiwi missing orange also missing...but taste is good pls improve

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and product I received from your Indirapuram, Ghaziabad branch. I had placed an order for a cake on 11th September 2025, scheduled for delivery on 19th September 2025 at 5:30 PM for my son’s celebration. However, when I called at 5:15 PM on the delivery date to confirm, your support staff initially informed me that no order existed. After further checking, I was told that the cake would take another 2 hours to be delivered. This delay caused great embarrassment, as all our guests were waiting for the cake-cutting ceremony. Unfortunately, when the cake finally arrived, it was tasteless and had a foul smell, which was highly disappointing and not at all up to the standards Dial-a-Cake is known for. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with both your service and product quality. I request you to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not happen again.

I was ordered cake for first birthday of my daughter some days back and the quality was very poor like the taste was bitter and they didn't put asked flavors like mango and pineapple and they added harsh colors even though I said before ordered. And the main mistake was they didnt delivered cake in proper asked design and when we took cake. some people had vomitting. So, I am not recommended to anyone.

The taste of 2 pastries were awful, the size differs when you order from zomato and the one they serve at bakery. I've received wrong product. Never order from this place . sashmick is good

Just now bought a butter scotch pastry, they packed a stale pastry inspite of knowing my 2 yr old daughter was demanding for it
