Looking for some cakes or cookies for you special one, then this place is for you. They have some amazing cakes, pastries, cup cakes, cookies etc. All are amazing and truly delicious. Pocket friendly and best. Recommendations - 8/10

I regularly order from this cake shop.!! their services are quite good and I loved the pastries from there but cupcake was too hard :((

Ordered their tiramisu (coffee) cake and it had no flavour of coffee but just loads of cocoa powder put on top. everybody sneezed while having the cake. I have had alot of cakes from here and they don't disappoint but this experience was horrible, when I raised a complaint regarding this by calling the outlet, the issue was ignored and no solution was provided. order carefully.

Unnecessarily expensive and untrained staff and management does not pay heed to your grivence. Had ordered KitKat and gems cake for my daughter's birthday a week before delivery and had personally requested to make sure that the order is ready on time and done properly. But on the date of delivery the person concerned at the store had no clue as to where the order is and after kuch coaxing he managed to find the cake , the pic of which is attached. The cake was not as per our requirement and even they messed up with the spelling of my daughter's name. We were left with no other option but to take what was ready as at last moment we could not go to any other bakery to get a new cake. The owner was contacted who at first didn't pick up the call and when asked for refund of the balance as gems cake as expensive as compared to what was given to us. The staff very rudely told us to come back when the owner comes to the store. Very bad experience and I would suggest not to give them orders for any important days as they have full experience in ruining your special days.

They provide the worst customer experience. There is a huge difference in the price when we buy it from Zomato and when we go at the shop.Surprised to know zomato is cheaper than the actual outlet.They don't have a sense of how to talk with customers.I would suggest everyone to let them know what is the value of customer by writing their worst experience about their service.

Bakwas cake….ye food colour ke naam pr cake m pta nhi konsa colour use krte jo hath se hat ta hi nhi h…. Esa lgta h ye cake m food colour ki jagah holi ke colour use krte h…. Mene video tk bna rkhi h ki cake m lga colour hath pr lagne ke baad hath dhone ke baad bhi nhi hatra…..pta nhi konsa colour h ya zeher dere h ye

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Very poor and pathetic. Never ever visit this place ever. Declined to offer offer because the guy didn’t wanted to give change

Provide Expired Products to customers with no details on the receipt. Not mentioning the expiry on bills also.
