Honestly, my last visit hadn’t gone well and I wasn’t sure I’d return. But I did, and I’m really glad I did. The difference this time was Suraj. From the moment we were seated, he made it a point to check in, made us feel genuinely welcome, and handled everything with a warmth and attentiveness that’s hard to come by. No rehearsed hospitality script, just someone who clearly cares about the guest experience. It made all the difference. The food held up its end too. Generous portions, great flavour throughout. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Came here with a friend after a while and while the ambience and service were great as usual, the food left me wanting more? We ordered the mushroom risotto and chicken pepperoni pizza. While both were pretty decent, they didn’t really stand out that much. Wouldnt say it was a ‘wow’ meal, but not bad for sure. For beverages, the hot chocolate was nice. We also ordered the upside down pineapple cake for dessert which was the highlight of the entire meal for me. Was I a bit disappointed? Yeah maybe. Would I come back? Definitely lol.

They brought starters after the food when I reminded them. Secondly, I ordered drink which was not available but they fail to tell me until my food was about to finish and I asked for it. They must train the staff

Went to Diggin Café (opp. Gargi College) with friends on 4th April for dinner, and honestly the experience got ruined because of one person — our server, Mr. Deepanshu. We ordered the baked goat cheese from the appetizers menu and specifically asked him what it was. He gave a very vague explanation and didn’t even mention that it would basically be just gravy. When we asked if we could get something simple like boiled pasta or even toasted bread separately to go with it which we will pay for, he straight up refused — and not politely, but with a very rude and dismissive attitude. On top of that, he kept avoiding our table while the rest of the staff was actually quite friendly and attentive. It was very noticeable and unnecessary. Food and drinks were good, no complaints there, but one person’s behavior completely spoiled the vibe. Staff like Mr. Deepanshu bring down the experience of such places. Management seriously needs to look into his behavior and train him properly on how to deal with customers. This kind of attitude is not acceptable. Would not want to come back if he’s serving again.

My daughter celebrated her birthday here. But the staff had no courtesy. They were so rude that even after ordering good quantity, once the food was over, they made the guest realize that they were not welcome here.

hospitality was really bad. no one cared to reply if we had a query and the staff seemed to be quite rude.
