Service was slow, few staff members were rude while doing service..I understand the place was crowded and the staff was overwhelmed still they should not show rude behavior towards customers

Had a terrible experience at Diggin Chanakyapuri today. The outer dining space is infested with flies and stray dogs were moving around all over the place. We ordered Chicken Fritos and the waiter served a plate that contained four thin strips of fried chicken and a load of potato wedges! Why would you serve fried potato when we specifically ordered chicken? Total disappointment. Next, I requested a waiter to bring the dessert menu but he brought the bill instead. When we told him that we wanted to order dessert, he just stood there and smiled, without making any move. We got our food packed and left. Disappointing experience.
