Food is excellent, staff was knowledgeable and recommendations were super good but overall speed of service could be better. For some reason, we had to wait for 30-min for the dessert else overall it was good

We were a group of 10, reserved a table days in advance as it was for a birthday celebration on a Sunday. As it was a special occasion and we had our parents with us (senior citizens) we thought better to plan everything so we don’t have to wait. As soon as we get there, table is not ready and staff is oblivious of the reservation made days in advance. Then a table is quickly setup in one corner where it is facing all the back yard crap and rubbish, why they don’t have the back area for equipment loading and storing cordoned off is beyond me, but that is definitely killing the ambience of the place, owners pls take note! Service was super slow on this side and due to the shabby ambience our father asked for us to be shifted to Dirty Jungle (which was relatively empty). So they managed after an hour of internal discussions as if we had asked for a nuclear science project that there indeed is a table for us to shift to, so the 9 of us shifted onto a table of 8 as we were desperate to get out of the filth surrounding dirty good! Service was slow and steady, food was overall quite average in taste except for the sushi & star anise chicken rice bowl which were both good. Hugely disappointed that establishments in such a beautiful location are not being able to keep up with quality and service. Pathetic really with the kind of upscale options Delhi now has to offer. The attitude of someone known as Amit at dirty jungle was appalling to say the least. The only reason I have given 2 stars are for the manager and server of dirty good (Gaurav & Karan) who tried their level best to make our lunch bearable. Kudos to them, they were smiling throughout. Pls get the manager a shirt so he can live upto his position! These 2 were the only stars. Pull your socks up guys, expected much more from the place.

The ambiance and place was very nice food needs help truffle cream cheese dumpling 🥟 needed less truffle, overpowering taste chicken tacos tastes good but the tasco shell was very dry The pesto pizza was very bland and didn't have any good things to say about it Vietnamese chicken salad could have been more vibrant and didn't have any character other than just a splash of soya sauce and chilli oil overall chef needs to be more updated with the excellent tastes around ! and needs to up their game big time for the long bills they are charging

Visited for my birthday lunch with a group of 9, having reserved a table a week in advance. We were coming all the way from Gurgaon and had our parents (senior citizens) with us, so we planned ahead expecting a smooth experience. Sadly, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. On arrival, our table wasn’t ready and the staff seemed aware but least bothered of the reservation. We were not informed at the time of booking that there was an event planned that day, and it was very evident almost all staff attention was diverted there. Basic preparedness for a reserved table of 9 just wasn’t there. The first table we were given had visibly dirty upholstery and was facing what looked like the back-of-house area with trash and storage clutter in sight. That completely killed the ambience. Even when we requested to be shifted to Dirty Jungle (after quite some back and forth), the second table too had an open view of the back of the kitchen and garbage and we were 9 people cramped on a table for 8. It’s surprising that such a stunning space is let down by poor zoning and upkeep. Service was slow and disorganised, with basic things like beer served being warm and the food taking ages to come in bits. Food was largely average. The sushi and the star anise chicken rice bowl were genuinely good, but the rest didn’t live up to expectations. The bathrooms were another low point, lacking basic hygiene and upkeep. I do want to acknowledge Gaurav and Karan from Dirty Good, who tried their best to salvage the afternoon with a positive attitude. They were the only bright spot. The space has so much potential. With tighter management, better maintenance and honest communication at the time of reservation (especially about events), this place could truly flourish. But for what was meant to be a special birthday lunch, it was deeply disappointing.

booked tickets for 8PM smooth brain girly. event didn't start until 1:30AM, and they refused re-entry. stay away, these guys are bunch of scammers. District does not even offer refunds on these events even after you show video proofs of the whole event

I did not like the taste of pizza, and the price is soo much high like 1200 for a Margherita like literally and with such a pathetic taste, can coke was there which tastes diluted. Just view of the cafe was aesthetic nothing else .
