I used to visit Dohful regularly when it first opened, and I really loved the taste back then. However, recently, the quality seems to have dropped. While all cookies are served hot, I’ve noticed that once they cool down, a strong baking powder taste comes through, which affects the overall flavor. Additionally, some cookies lack the crunchiness that makes a good cookie stand out. I hope Dohful can work on improving consistency and bringing back the amazing taste it once had!

I wouldn’t know how their cookies tastes because it never reached me. But I do know the customer support sucks! I ordered 3 BOXES for rakhi, cookies WORTH 3K and it never reached me, I had to buy something else last minute. In addition to this, they did not responded actively, gave very vague answers! Such poor customer service That’s 3k down the drain And I don’t even know if i’ll get ny money back as they are’nt even replying They don’t even have COD as option Please don’t order from here Because if you do and it doesn’t reaches you, your money will be wasted PATHETIC EXPERIENCE I don’t think I’ll ever purchase from here ever The experience was so frustrating and stressful!
