The most pathetic service ever. I ordered at midnight and till 01:05 it was getting made. The person with phone number ‭99532 42178‬ said that it left for delivery. After that no contact. He didnt pick up despite numerous calls. No sign of delivery person as well. Had to cancel order at 145. This is a sham. I beleive this outlet needs to be shut down or something illegal is happening there. Would report this further. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS OUTLET. Zomato should look into the reviews as well and take action of banning them. This is UNACCEPTABLE. @ dominos you lost another customer. You should either shut down this outlet or fire everybody involved. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS AND DONT TAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR A RIDE. It would fire back one day.

Just stopped by as I was craving for some fresh hot garlic bread. As much as I love dominos, I’m disheartened to mention that my experience at this outlet was not at all upto the mark. Firstly, I probably would have received my order faster had I ordered it at home. Secondly, the garlic bread was not at all hot. However, I must say that upon mentioning this they quickly gave a fresh hot box of garlic bread. Thirdly, we asked for coke/Pepsi which we got in a glass with no lid as there weren’t anymore lids. Fourthly, when we asked for a box to take away the leftover pizza and garlic bread, they refused and said i can cover it with a paper like cover and take it. The list of reasons for not liking it is long. Not great at all.

The pizza that i ordered was dry, without toppings, literally with just 5-6 pieces of toppings added no cheese.. i felt i was eating a dry undercooked loaf of bread.. it was delivered in an hour, the worst part was even before actually delivering the order the delivery boy marked it as delivered around 15 mins before.. horrible services and nobody was ready to listen.. neither Zomato or domino's... Burger pizza was also tasteless.

I ordered my food and the delivery person was assigned with the name neeraj bhatt at around 12:30. After i did not receive my order i opened the tracking and it said that it had been delivered to me. This is an utter scam and i demand a refund. Never expected such cheating from dominos india and zomato india. Really ashamed of these companies

Really sad to see the affairs of dominos!! Supposedly most trusted pizza joint in india... this the 3rd time I have ordered from this joint and every time same problem... if I have to eat food like this id prefer to eat a pulao/biryani... does not seem anything less than that in the pic!!! My mistake I did not upload it then...

I received my order after almost one and a half hours, all the pizzas were soggy and one pizza (corn) were missing. Veeru from Dominos promised me for a overall refund, which I haven't received till now. Worst food and service ever from Dominos and I am very disappointed.  I want someone to contact me for my issue.

No support from the restaurant. Haven’t received the order yet and it has already been 1hour and 10 minutes. Never had a bad experience but extremely disappointed with this service. App shows the order has been delivered whereas Dominos call centre is trying to entice me with a 50% cashback. Pathetic online support

Food was delivered late. Cold badddd food without any spices. Thinnn layers of raw bread that werent chewable. Without any cheese. Seemed like 7-10 days old stale food that had to be thrown in the dustbin. Never ordering from Dominos again!

In the indi tandoor paneer pizza the mint mayo was not there and it was really bad. Really a bad experience.
