Service has deteriorated. They are serving the snacks first and after that providing the serving plates. Food served but one vegetable was served when half the food has been taken. Pineapple raita was having sour taste and was not even cool, what to say about cold. Will search new one and will try not to go again

large gap broken stone table ,very loud music with extra high bass as DJ should know low high pitch in close proximity it was headache rather enjoy

Ambience was not that good, the drinks were meh. Dorrance has lost its charm. They didnt waiver the service charge as well.

They have kept the prices so high yet the quality of food is worse….we fell sick the next morning…the food had no taste and i feel they do not take proper care of hygiene….really bad experience

The food quality is poor. The amount you pay you expect a decent food. Not worth a penny. The place was dirty. Very bad experience. Ac was not working they put on the cooler instead. Horrible!

zomato was providing 30 percent discount, my bill was 4.8k The resaturant added 450 service charge and denied to remove it if i am going to pay with zomato ...what the whole nonsense this is
