good place with option to enjoy loud music on the floor; dinning friends and family with lowered sound affect on the other side of the door, and finally to sit outside in the open roof top and be able to talk and cherish the company and food. enjoyed the time today!

service was so delayed that my guest left the dinner in half. that was so embarrassing and when this was asked to waiter to do the fast service he mentioned that there is party ongoing on other side. what does that mean ? we were also having a party also. so overall experience is bad

Disappointing Experience at Dorrance, Sector 81, Faridabad Visited Dorrance for a special celebration, but the experience was far from special. The food was average, and the hospitality was equally disappointing. Despite repeated requests, the staff kept asking us to wait, with no follow-up even after an hour. When we requested payment through Dineout, there were billing issues, including extra items that needed correction, which took another 15 minutes. To make matters worse, the complimentary dessert included in our District package was never served despite repeated requests. We eventually left without it. The management seriously needs to step up its hospitality standards. Customers deserve attentive service, accountability, and a pleasant experience—not endless waiting and unfulfilled promises.
