Enne dosa was superb, and paniyaram at its crispy best. Although service could have been better in terms of taking orders. Limited seating but well managed overall. Still going with 5 because food was good and calm ambience and had its own pace.

Disappointing Dine-In Experience Despite Good Food The food itself was quite good, and it's convenient that online ordering is available. However, the dine-in experience was extremely poor. Basic hospitality was missing no drinking water was offered despite the scorching summer heat, and when we asked, we were told it’s chargeable. The dining area had only one AC turned on, which was clearly insufficient for the number of guests, making it unbearably hot. The restaurant was severely understaffed: one person was cooking and other serving. We had to ask multiple times for essentials like spoons, tissues, extra plates, and glasses, and each request was met with irritation and unprofessional behavior. We were also served cold sambar, and unfortunately, both my father and I felt unwell afterward. Really disappointed with the service and the overall experience. I will not be visiting this restaurant or any of its branches again unless there’s a significant improvement in their hospitality and staff behavior.

Pathetic experience, reached 15 mins early as mentioned by district yet we had to wait 20 mins to get the seat. it took 40 mins to bring the order and that too incomplete order. 2 members finished eating when other 2 orders came. it was so embarrassing in front of my family. my birthday was ruined.

Sambhar was stalee really bad foul smell eben afterr informing them twice they just told its find its coming from cloud kitchen, we had south indian from mire than 50 restaurant lical and named, still this is really bad

Less staff more waiting , the waiter was the manager and he was only the online order taker . No courtesy at all and no manners .

Very crowded seating and okayish dosas; sambhar was too bad, idli was awful. Service was pathetic on top of that.

I have tried the CP outlet which was 10000 times better than this outlet. Would never visit this outlet.
